Automation is  a global phenomenon in current digitalisation era. Automation is widespread almost everywhere, so control and information systems are a part of our life.

It relates first of all to:

• industry (automotive production, distribution systems of gas and electrical energy, remote monitoring and control systems,...),
• but also public services (smart mobile phones with embeded sensors like GPS, heart beat, number of steps, etc., internet social networks, remote monitoring and control of automated households),
• and in generally to all advanced electronic products  (smart refrigerators, smart pace-makers with remote monitoring, self-driving cars,...).
