Instruction of the Dean on the control of originality of final and “habilitation” (for the docent title) papers at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at TUKE
According to the methodological guideline of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic No. 56/2011 on the details of the final papers, their bibliographic registration, storage and disclosure
I issue the following instruction:
The result of the control of originality of final and habilitation papers of students and employees of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is set a limit of 25 %.
The review of exceeding of that limit will be assessed by the Board of Education – it submits a proposal to the dean, who decides on participation or non-participation in state examinations or habilitation proceedings. The final or habilitation paper can be corrected once after written consent of the guarantor of the department. If the specified limit is exceeded again, the topic must be changed and new paper entered.
