V dňoch 20.10. až 30.10.2023 sa desiati študenti a dvaja profesori našej fakulty zúčastňujú akcie Eastern Europe (Slovakia) Global Future Mobility Ideas Festival (GFMIF) na Sun Moon University v Kórejskej republike.
Cieľom je výmena technológií a rozvoj talentov pre budúce inovácie prostredníctvom mobility študentov a profesorov.
Na otváracom ceremoniáli dňa 23.10.2023 boli prítomní aj veľvyslanec SR v Kórejskej republike Ján Kuderjavý a jeho zástupca Marián Adam.
Akciu oficiálne otvoril prezident Sun Moon University pán Seong-Jea Moon.
V priebehu týždňa sa budú konať kreatívne workshopy zmiešaných študentských tímov.

International ENFORCE Partner Network Summit in Cyprus

prof. Ing. Ivan Virgala, PhD. and doc. Ing. Marek Vagaš, PhD. (from the Department of Industrial Automation and Mechatronics, SJF TUKE) participated in Cyprus at the international ENFORCE Partner Network Summit under the auspices of the Cyprus Project Management Society (CPMS).
Martin Bezák, Slovak Ambassador to Cyprus, was also part of the Summit, which focused on the identification and direction of the innovation potential of the European economy, digitalization and its support on a European scale.
Our colleagues presented the concept of soft modular robotic solutions and their contribution to Europe's economy and SME businesses.
Visit of diplomatic envoys

Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering welcomed almost 90 diplomatic envoys of the Slovak Republic to the world and presented the activities of the Faculty and PaIC SJF
Lecture by practitioners

Another interesting lecture by experts from practice was attended by students from the Department of Technology, Materials and Computer Support of Production. On 17.10.2023 we were visited by experts from BSH Drives and Pumps s.r.o. Michalovce, who presented current and future trends in the design of drives.
