Title: The equipment for the measured filling of test cartridges with loose materials can be included in the area of supporting reuse and recycling
Abstract: The device for the measured filling of test cartridges with bulk materials can be included in the area of supporting the reuse and recycling of used products and their parts. The technical solution consists of a frame (1), on which a holder (12) of an electric piston with an electric linear piston (2), terminated by a pressure ring (13), is attached. A centering ring (11) for the cassette (9) is placed on the base of the scale (4) in the lower part of the frame (1). Control of the scale (4) is by means of the control element (3) of the scale, piston operation by push button switch (7) up and push button switch (8) down. The frame (1) is covered with covers. The control unit (5) is connected to the power supply (6). The technical solution enables the filling of test cassettes with loose materials intended for measuring acoustic descriptors (attenuation index (R), sound absorption (α)). The device can be advantageously used to measure the mechanical properties of materials.

| Title: Cassette for expanding the possibilities of measuring bulk materials in an impedance tube Abstract: The technical solution can be included in the area of supporting the reuse and recycling of used products and their parts. The cassette for expanding the possibilities of measuring bulk materials in an impedance tube consists of a cassette body (1) with external and internal threads, a lower perforated bottom (2) with an external thread for connection to the cassette body (1) and an upper perforated lid (3) with internal thread for connection to the body (1) of the cassette. It is advantageous to modify the body (1) of the cassette in dimension L for stable and homogeneous values of compact pressing pressure (kPa) and standard thickness and length of pressed material (mm). The use of the cassette allows users and processors of shredded waste to provide the values of the sound absorption coefficient (α) required for the certification of their products. At the bottom of the container (28) a squeegee (15) with a sludge drain pipe (17) and a faecal lever end (16) is mounted via a shaft (21) with an electric motor (18). Under the conical dome (27) there is a gas outlet valve (3) with an overpressure safety valve (2).
