As part of the Week of Science and Technology in Slovakia 2024, the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Dr. h. c. mult. prof. Ing. Jozef Živčák, DrSc., MPH, received the Rector's Award "TUKE Scientist of the Year 2024". This award was given to him for his lifelong work and extraordinary scientific results of national and international importance, as well as for the field of popularization of science and the implementation of innovative forms of popularization events both at the domestic and international level.
