BOOTCAMP – How an Industrial Company Works
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at TUKE, in cooperation with secondary schools, regularly organizes Bootcamps that give students a unique opportunity to experience university life and try out university studies even before graduation.
This time, the Bootcamp was organized for students from the Secondary Industrial School of Mechanical Engineering in Snina.
At the Prototype Center of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, TUKE, students explored the entire process – from production preparation to final quality control of manufactured parts .
At the Institute of Automation, Mechatronics and Production Technology, they discovered modern equipment used in automated, mechatronic, and robotic applications . To finish off the day, they had fun testing a teleoperator-controlled multi-agent robotic system in a game competition with cool prizes.
